Upon submitting this form you understand and agree to the following Terms:

•	All reservations must be made with payment in full.
•	The cardholder is responsible for all charges & payments.
•	The cardholder is responsible for any and all damages made to the room during their stay.
•	The cardholder is responsible for any missing items from the room.
•	The Cardholder is responsible for any additional charges made to the Guesthouse (example. Any pay-per-view or movies rented to their room at time of stay).
•	CHECK-IN is at 3:00 pm &CHECK-OUT is at 12pm Unless other arrangements have been settled.

Cancellation policy:

•	You are ONLY able to cancel within 72 hours of the reservation booking date, NOT the check-in date for a refund.
•	Cancellations may be made by email or fax only, and a response letter of your request by us.
•	No cancellations within 7 business days of the check-in date.
•	If you cancel any time after the 72 hours you will be charged for your entire reservation.
•	All complaints will be settled with no more then a 10% refund issued as a gift certificate for your next stay only.
